I’ve been working with Lance Kirtley’s State Farm team for a couple of years in various capacities, and more recently, sought them out for my own insurance plans. Their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service deserves to be commended. Lance, Tyler, and Dallas are always more than willing to go the extra mile to sustain a genuine connections with their clients and anyone else inquiring new insurance plans. When my previous insurance company raised my rates by 3x the previous plan, I called Tyler at Lance’s office and he walked me through all my options. And when I had questions about the Drive Safe & Save feature, they provided me with all the information that helped me overcome my reservations with the program. After the first 6 months, my driving lowered the next 6 months premiums by nearly 1/3! While my driving (surprisingly) facilitated in that discount, I wouldn’t have gone with the program without Lance’s team’s desire to help their clients fully understand all they, and State Farm, have to offer. I also save money on my renters insurance plan because of the building offers!
